I have gone to IBM's site, got updated drivers and then stopped dead in my tracks, there is no floppy drive on this system. I wasted hours trying to perform the normal repair operation, and when at last I decided to backup the data and format the hard disk, Windows repaired the errors on the disk, and I booted qindows perfectly that I only did a few disk cleanups and virus checks to justify the long time I took working on it.
